"And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness"
Is my spirit a safe guide? Can I trust every leading that comes from my spirit? Many believers often ask this questions.
If you are born again, your spirit cannot mislead you. Your spirit has been created after God. Hence your spirit is never wrong.
Furthermore, all things about your spirit are from God.
2 Corinthians 5:17 _Therefore, if anyone [is] in Christ, [he is] a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. NOW ALL THINGS [ARE] OF GOD, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation,_
All things about the new creation in Christ, the new man, your recreated spirit are of God.
In essence, the ways of your spirit are of God. The voice of your spirit is from God. The leading of your spirit is from God. So whatever direction you get from your spirit is from God.
Everything about our spirit is from God. Hence, you can trust your spirit to lead you always in the ways of the Holy Spirit. Your spirit is a safe guide.
