What exactly are we saying or doing when we speak in other tongues ?
We are magnifying God.
Many people are scared of speaking in tongues because of the fear of blaspheming God seeing that no one understands what we are saying when we speak in tongues.
But you cannot speak in tongues and blasphem God or curse God. Our text for today says :
_" For they heard them speak in tongues and MAGNIFY GOD"_
Notice carefully that they spoke in tongues and did what ? They MAGNIFY GOD.
Speaking in other tongues is praising, magnifying and glorifying God in a language that only God understands.
Do you really desire to praise, magnify, and glorify God? Then you should spend much time speaking in tongues daily because as we speak in tongues we are magnifying God.
If you learn to magnify God always, God will also magnify you before men and above every situation of life.
This explains why those who spend much time speaking in tongues daily live a life that is full of testimonies. God daily magnify those who spend much time magnifying Him.
Spending much time speaking in tongues is greatly encouraged The more you speak in tongues the better your life becomes because you are speaking by the Spirit of God, yielding to the Holy Spirit, magnifying and glorifying God.
Learn to speak in tongues more than ever before on a daily basis.
