"However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own [authority,] but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. He will GLORIFY ME, for He will take of what is Mine and declare [it] to you"
Jesus said that the Holy Spirit will glorify Him by revealing to us the things of God and by leading us.
To say it differently, anytime the Holy Spirit leads us , God is glorified.
This is why we should expect divine guidance always because the Holy Spirit is committed to glorifying God always.
Walking in divine guidance glorifies God.
Hence the first reason God leads us is to glorify Himself. God is the first beneficiary of every leading of the Spirit .
Every leading of the Spirit of God glorifies God.
Thus any thought that encourages us to do something that will glorify God is the leading of the Spirit of God.
