The primary assignment of the Holy Spirit on earth is to glorify Jesus. Jesus prophesied that when the Holy Spirit comes, He will guide us into all truth, and He will glorify Jesus.
John 16:13 - 14
_However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own [authority,] but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. HE WILL GLORIFY ME, for He will take of what is Mine and declare [it] to you._
The Holy Spirit is on earth to glorify Jesus and to help us glorify Jesus. His mandate is very clear : " That Jesus might be glorified."
Therefore, doing all things to the glory of God is partnership with the Holy Spirit in all you do. It is learning to maximise the ministry of the Holy Spirit in all that you do.
As we build our lives centred around glorifying God, we get to enjoy more of the ministry of the Holy Spirit and become more successful in life.
